A modern, powerful, and easy-to-manage website with a store for Chenot.
Project: Website with e-commerce
A complete redesign of their website: more visual, intuitive, and internally editable. They aimed to integrate a custom booking system for their health programs, add an online store, and maintain a consistent brand image across five languages.
Modern, powerful, and easy to manage
Multilingual, animations, digital magazine, and a system ready for future scaling.
The Challenge
The website redesign posed a dual challenge: simplifying a complex and extensive structure and migrating it to a more visual environment like Elementor, while retaining all the functionality and flexibility of the original site. Additionally, two different payment systems were integrated—one for reservations and another for the shop—operating in Swiss francs and belonging to separate entities. The reservation system required advanced conditional logic, adapting the steps and options based on the number of people, program type, and room choice. All of this had to function seamlessly across five languages, with a consistent architecture for each version. The elegant yet dynamic design incorporated GSAP animations without affecting performance or loading speed.
The Solution
We migrated the entire web architecture to Elementor, creating a modular site fully editable by the internal team. We developed a smart reservation form with JetFormBuilder, featuring advanced conditional logic, a real-time side summary, and an optimized global data structure. We integrated a split payment system with specific gateways for each business area. To enhance the user experience, we designed fluid animations with GSAP and cascading logic. Additionally, we embedded a viewer for a multilingual digital catalog of over 80 pages.
Elegant design with animations, without compromising loading speed.
Highlights
We performed a complete migration to Elementor, creating a clean, modular, and easily editable structure. We implemented dynamic reservation forms with advanced conditional logic, tailored to each program and user type. Two independent payment gateways in Swiss francs were integrated, one for each business entity. The site operates in multiple languages, with adapted and consistent structures for each version. We incorporated smooth animations with GSAP and staggered appearance logic, and embedded a digital magazine in flipbook format. The entire system was designed with scalability and long-term maintenance in mind.
Timelines
The project began with an initial 10-day phase dedicated to briefing, formalizing agreements, and general planning. Following this, one and a half months were allocated to developing the prototype and validating the mockups with the client. The complete technical development and production deployment were carried out over the next 1.5 months. Finally, an additional two-month phase was reserved for implementing improvements, resolving potential bugs, and making post-launch adjustments.
