A new look for a brand that was already beloved.

Client: Marbella Wedding

Year: 2022

Project: Rebranding, Website, Process Automation.

We redesigned the identity and website to connect with a more demanding audience, without losing its romantic, approachable, and authentic essence.

UX/UI, automation, and branding.

Sophisticated, minimalist, and elegant, yet without losing its warmth.

The Challenge

Marbella Wedding started with a classic and romantic image that needed to evolve into a more sophisticated and minimalist aesthetic, without losing its warmth. The logo was updated while keeping its essence, and the website was redesigned from scratch with custom functionalities, integrating tools like checklists, budget calculators, and CRM-connected forms. The biggest challenge was to unify international visual references into a cohesive identity and to create a clear, structured experience for clients with no prior experience in wedding services.

The Solution

We redesigned the visual identity with modern typography and a sober color palette that conveys elegance and discreet luxury. We developed a website from scratch with an ultra-custom design, integrating interactive tools and automations connected to the CRM. Additionally, we created a process manual with an editorial design and used high-quality, real photography to reinforce the site’s authenticity and aesthetic.

Minimalist, elegant, with CRM automations, an interactive checklist, and a personalized budget.

Highlights

We designed a complete rebranding with an open-style logo and a minimalist visual identity in sober tones. We developed a fully custom website in Gutenberg, without a template, and integrated automations with the CRM, an interactive checklist, and a personalized budget. We unified visual references into a unique style and created a process manual to guide clients, improving their experience from the first contact.

Timelines

The project was organized into different phases: the first two to three weeks were dedicated to the visual concept, creating mood boards, and validating various logo tests. Subsequently, approximately one month was devoted to the complete design of the new website, its user experience adaptation, and the development of custom tools. Following this, another two weeks were invested in creating a detailed process manual and producing high-quality visual content. Finally, an additional week was added for final testing, implementation, and adjusting the necessary automations for optimal operation.
