The Challenge

The original website was outdated, with a basic structure and an image that didn’t reflect the club’s true standard. Although the client preferred to keep their brand, the old logo didn’t fit the new desired aesthetic. The visual communication didn’t convey the quality of the services or the elegance of the surroundings. Additionally, they wanted to display the course hole-by-hole in an interactive and modern way but lacked updated audiovisual material and a consistent design across different channels.

The Solution

We designed a premium, clean, and minimalist website, aligned with the club members’ profile. We developed an interactive experience to view the course hole-by-hole, with a vectorized satellite map and intuitively integrated technical sheets. We renewed the logo with an elegant and functional style, organized a professional photoshoot of the course and facilities, and produced a multilingual corporate video with an emotional focus. Everything was delivered in a coordinated manner and within the grant-funded timeframe the client allocated to our agency.

Highlights

We completely redesigned the website with a clean, visual, and elegant custom style. We integrated an interactive course map that allows for a realistic exploration of each hole. We proposed a new logo, which was adopted by the client, and organized a professional photoshoot of the course, team, and common areas. We also produced a corporate video in Spanish and English with voice-over, and unified the design across all digital channels. The website was directly connected to the pricing and services section, and the entire project—branding, website, and visual content—was delivered jointly within the framework of a grant.

Timelines

The project was executed in several well-defined stages. During the first two weeks, analysis, mood board creation, and the presentation of the creative proposal were conducted. Subsequently, over the course of a month, the custom website was developed, the interactive course map was built, and the entire structure was integrated. In the following two weeks, the logo was designed, the photo shoot was carried out, and the corporate video was filmed. Finally, one to two weeks were allocated for editing, production, and delivery of the materials. The entire project was completed in a coordinated manner and within the grant’s established deadline.
